Our Stubborn Little Girl...

This morning we had a 3D/4D ultrasound at Baby Bump in Raleigh! This was a great chance for our families to get a sneak peek of Miss Callie before her big arrival date. My mom, Daniel's parents, Stefanie, Ashlyn, Cameron, and of course Daniel were excited to see our little princess, or as Cameron calls her "Caitlyn's baby", this morning. Well, Callie had other plans for everyone and must not be a fan of large crowds. She all snuggled on the placenta facing my back with the umbilical cord in her face. The exact combination of things that would block her face from the camera.  After about 20 minutes of trying we managed to get a few shots of half of her face. We are going back for a follow up in a few weeks in hopes that she will turn around. Looks like Daniel & myself are going to have a stubborn little girl, but she is our child so we didn't expect her to be any different! ;)

Our First Post!

We are very excited to announce a blog for our little girl! We will use this page to update family & friends with pictures of Miss Callie. 

Here is a little information on the pregnancy so far...

Over our honeymoon we spent a lot of time talking about starting a family together. After we got home we decided it was a good time to start "trying" to just see what happened. Well it is pretty obvious what happened from there..we found out we were pregnant on November 20th! This was already a special day to us because that's the exact day 2 years ago that we got engaged. Daniel & I both agree that the news of having a baby definitely topped the engagement anniversary. It was one of the happiest days of our lives..we smiled until our cheeks were sore and prayed to thank God for blessing us with a child. We are counting down the days until we get to meet our little princess in July!
